Shipping & Delivery
We ship by UPS.  The defalut is UPS Ground.  Other shipping methods may be available for additional charges.  We charge the actual shipping costs billed to us by UPS.  In addition to the shipping charges the is a minimum $10 Handling Charge per order for fulfillment.
Privacy & Security
We do not share or sell any customer information.  We do not store or save any credit card information.  We do save information necessary to fulfil orders and to activate any software product validation codes and purchase information such as names, shipping and billing addresses, e-mail addresses, contact phone numbers.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the intellectual nature of our products, all sales are final.  We will exchange any merchandise deemed to be defective within 30 days of purchase, upon return of the defective products.  You must call 801-960-6088 for return authorization BEFORE any exchange request will be considered.
Ordering
Orders may be placed online, by phone by calling 801-960-6088, or by fax at 801-994-0450.  Please have your Purchase Order (PO) number and Tax ID number (or Tax Exemption Code) ready before you place an order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Products will be shipped only after payment has been verified (Credit Card) or approved (if using a School or School District Purchase Order).  You must provide your tax exemption number when placing your order.  Website pricing shows the prices we charge for our products.  We do not honor any other price or previous price list other that what is shown on the website.  We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, and School PO's.  We do not accept personal checks.
